1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and sbet5 ("sbet5," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the sbet5 website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on sbet5, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the sbet5 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed under applicable PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing sbet5 from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of sbet5, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the sbet5 Platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.

sbet5 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) sbet5 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

When registering your sbet5 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.
• Keep your sbet5 login credentials strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify sbet5 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your sbet5 account.

sbet5 reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where we have reason to believe that the information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the sbet5 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). sbet5 supports the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your sbet5 wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect depending on the originating bank's processing times.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Verified accounts may withdraw to GCash or PayMaya within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. sbet5 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used for deposits on the same account.
• sbet5 does not accept third-party payments. Deposits must originate from accounts registered in your own name.
• sbet5 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending completion of anti-money laundering (AML) checks in accordance with applicable Philippine law.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. See Section 5 for details.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

sbet5 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed identity verification and are in good standing on the sbet5 Platform.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual bonus terms.
• sbet5 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers – including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or systematic betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements – will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

6 Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the sbet5 Platform:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Philippine law or regulation.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the sbet5 Platform, server, or database.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the sbet5 Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing sbet5 staff or other players.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any sbet5 software or game.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the sbet5 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and user interface design, is the exclusive property of sbet5 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the sbet5 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any sbet5 content without our prior written consent.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, sbet5 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failures, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond sbet5's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game.
• Errors or inaccuracies in game results caused by software malfunctions, provided that sbet5 takes reasonable steps to investigate and rectify such errors.

In all cases, sbet5's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your sbet5 account at the time the claim arises.

9 Responsible Gaming

sbet5 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide the following tools to help you manage your gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your sbet5 account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the sbet5 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10 Termination

sbet5 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including age verification.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.
• At sbet5's sole discretion, where continued operation of your account is deemed contrary to the interests of the Platform or its players.

Upon termination for cause, sbet5 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where termination is not due to a breach on your part, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your sbet5 account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed within two (2) business days. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with standard game rules.

11 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and sbet5, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

sbet5 operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR. Players who believe their dispute has not been adequately resolved by sbet5 may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.
